Geek Gadgets: Nokia E90 Communicator Review

MobileBurn reviews the Nokia E90 Communicator and writes, “In spite of Nokia’s E90 having an obvious business focus, it has a very solid array of multimedia abilities and plenty of other practical functions that make it an all around handy device to have as a companion. To start with, the E90′s 3.2 megapixel camera takes some very nice photos as long as there is reasonable lighting.

It has a good auto-focus system and a flash that is passable in dark situations. In general the automatic white balance function works well, and color noise is kept pretty low in all but very dark situations.

Geek Gadgets: Nokia E71 Reviews

Announced today and scheduled to start shipping in July, the Nokia E71 is a new, long awaited phone belonging to the business-oriented Eseries line. Even though its name suggests that it is a successor to the E70 (equipped with large, unfolding, two-part QWERTY keyboard), the E71 follows the E61 and E61i design, offering large, 320×240 pixel, 2.36″ screen and monoblock QWERTY keyboard of the “Blackberry” type.

What comes to your mind when you touch this phone for the first time is its high build quality and a feeling of sturdiness.

Geek Gadgets: Nokia E66 Reviews

Just like E71 it can record 640 x 480 pixels large videos at 22 fps and it also has a frontal camera.

Nokia 7310 Supernova for gurly stuff

Nokia secretly launched the Nokia 7310 Supernova phone in Taiwan and Hong Kong. It is kind of weird that Nokia didn’t throw any launch party for this “Supernova” phone, although its name sounds like a highly anticipated phone that nobody should miss.

The truth is the phone looks pretty much like the Nokia N82 8GB. The only thing that Nokia fans should be excited about is the crafted floral design on the case.

Nokia 6600 Slide mid-range releases

Nokia’s 6600 slide is one of two slider phones from its new mid-range releases, and should appeal to those who might be put off by the clamshell version of the same number – the 6600 Fold, because of its underspecced 2MP camera.

The slide version features a far more respectable 3.2MP model, with autofocus and flash, and can capture video at up to 30 frames per second.

It’s a particularly compact phone as well, one of Nokia’s smallest slide-models to date at just 14mm thick, 90mm long and 45 wide.
